Shipping policy

 

At present, ARIADNE KAPELIOTI sends goods worldwide.

As an independent, slow-fashion studio, our jewellery is typically made to order, allowing a maximum of two weeks for thoughtful production while avoiding the waste of mass inventory. We aim to send your order out within 14 working days upon payment receipt unless otherwise stated. 

All orders within Greece are sent out via courier service and should be with you in 1-4 working days. Shipping charges are €5 per order. Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by ARIADNE KAPELIOTI to be authorized to receive the products. 

All orders to other EU countries are sent out via airmail, require between 4 and 10 working days to be delivered, and may be signed for. In this case, shipping charges are €8 per order.

All orders to the rest of the world are sent out via airmail, too, require between 5 and 20 working days to be delivered, may be signed for and shipping charges are €12 per order.

Shipping is free for all orders over €100.

Delivery times are estimated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 2 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In the case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

Please be aware that some shipments outside Greece may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levy once a shipment reaches your country. As we cannot predict what these charges will be, you will be liable for all customs clearance charges. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
